Sneak preview of Chesterfield programme
Rochdale AFC’s matchday programme – The Voice of Spotland – is back for Tuesday’s League One match against Chesterfield.
The programme has been maintained at 76 pages this season, but with a host of new features to keep you entertained before, during and after the match.
We start with a front cover image of central defender Marcus Holness, who started the comeback against Colchester in our last home game with a fine header.
Manager Steve Eyre reflects on Saturday’s defeat at Exeter, while ‘Starter For Ten’ looks at Dale’s giantkilling exploits in the League Cup.
A new style Dale Quiz has been compiled to test the grey matter, while ‘Kit Parade’ goes back to the late-1970s.
We have action photos from the games against Scunthorpe and Aldershot, while Lost Grounds looks at Chesterfield’s former home.
Sarah Lomas and Matt Turner pen their next articles for the programme and Travellers Tales reports on the trip to Notts County.
Visitors Chesterfield get eight pages of coverage, in which we reveal a past link between one of their players and a member of the Dale squad.
All this and much, much more will be in Tuesday’s The Voice of Spotland, on sale in the Club Shop and around the ground, priced £3.00.
