Race for Rochdale
The Dale Trust are taking part in this year's Rochdale 10k and are looking for supporters who wish to join them.
Every year, local running club Rochdale Harriers organise a 10k around the town and this year the Dale Trust is entering a team. Whilst winning the race won't be a priority, we feel that it will be great to see as many Dale supporters as possible taking part in a local event, especially if those taking part did so wearing Dale shirts.
There is no fundraising aspect to the race, but should you wish to raise funds for your own charity, then that will be up to you.
The race starts and finishes at Springfield Park, and will take place on Tuesday 3rd July at 7-15pm.
Entry to the race is £7 in advance or £9 on the night, and the only request from the Harriers is that those taking part can finish the course in less than 90 minutes as the race is marshalled by volunteers.
Further details of the race is available alongside an entry form by clicking here. If you're thinking of taking part, please let me know by sending me a PM by clicking here or by emailing me at colcav@hotmail.com
