FIFA 2013 night at Spotland
The Dale Trust will be running a FIFA 13 night on Thursday 25th October in the Dale Bar.
The event has proved to be popular in the past and after a three year absence, it was felt it was time to bring it back on to the Dale calendar.
It will cost just two pounds to enter, with all the entry fees becoming the prize money on the night. It is hoped that members of the Dale first team squad will be in attendance, and this will be confirmed closer to the night.
A draw will take place on the evening at 7-30 to allocate teams to those taking part. It has been decided that the teams used will come from the UEFA club rankings. A further draw will take place to decide who will play each other in what will be a straight knock out.
Due to time constraints on the evening, supporters will not be able to mess with formations, team selections or preferred gamepad options. It will be straight into a five minutes each way match. The game will be played on the PS3 console.
The event is open to all supporters and all abilities, and don’t worry if you’re not an expert, as there will be other things taking place on the night as well such as a pool competition.
A facebook event has been set up for this evening.
