Duo Out For 2 Weeks
Swans Duo To Miss Two Weeks Each
Robbo and Britton To Miss Two Weeks |
Swansea City have been dealt a blow with the news that both Leon Britton and Andy Robinson will miss two weeks through injury.
Both picked up hamstring injuries in the 2-1 victory over Cheltenham on Tuesday night and will miss the games against Leeds on Saturday and Brighton on Saturday week.
Robinson grabbed the Swans winner before hobbling at the end of the game whilst Britton pulled up mid run during the second half.
"Both Andy and Leon have got hamstring strains and we're hoping to get them back for the game against Swindon on October 2," said Swansea physio Richie Evans.
The injuries should give Paul Anderson and Tom Butler a chance to stake their claims for a first team place over the next two weeks.
