SOLD OUT - 3000 Jacks Head For Charlton
Swansea's return to Championship football will be backed by a sold out 3000 travelling army
Incredibly the Swans have sold their full allocation with three weeks left until the match itself and just 10 days after they went on sale.
Demand at the Liberty Stadium has been huge and when the two teams take to the Valley on August 9th, the Swans will be backed by one of the biggest away followings of the opening weekend.
It will mark the Swans first game at this level for 24 years and optimism is high at the Liberty Stadium and is also backed by numbers - around 7500 watched a pre season game at Neath in midweek.
The following week's fixture against Nottingham Forest is expected to be a sell out for home fans at least and the club are progressing steadily towards their goal of 10,000 season ticket sales.
A statement on the official site said in regards Charlton tickets "The club can confirm that Charlton will not be sending any more tickets for away supporters.
Swansea City would like to thank its loyal supporters once again for their excellent and loyal support."
