Burnley's Strikers Come Home
Football's coming home was the rallying cry for the 1996 European Championships held in England, now it is a case of coming home for Burnley's trio of strikers.
Burnley are arriving at St Mary's on Saturday and their squad wont get lost in Southampton at least whilst they have Danny Ing's Sam Vokes and Lukac Jutkiewics in the squad, all three hailing from these parts and growing up as Southampton fans.
However with both sides needing points in this game they will be putting their roots aside and trying their best to put a dent in Saints Champions League hopes by firing the Clarets to three points and a step nearer safety.
Im sure that Saints fans hope that they do find themselves Premier league players next season, indeed there are many who would like to see Danny Ing's in a Saints shirt, however on Saturday we like them have no room for sentiment and hope that they suffer a set back to their hopes of safety by getting beaten soundly, however after the game is over and the three points have gone to the Saints, many of our supporters will be keeping their fingers crossed that they can stay up and perhaps do so by doing us a favour or two along the road by beating Spurs and Arsenal in their two home fixtures directly after their trip to St Mary's
