James Ward Prowse scored a late winner against the Germans In a Under 21 friendly game this evening.
James Ward Prowse led a very under strength England U21 side to a great victory against the Germans who fielded the likes of Liverpool's Émre Can and Schalke's Max Meyer in their line up.
It looked grim for England as they headed towards the final ten minutes trailing 2-1, then came an equaliser from Nathan Redmond followed by the winner from JWP on 82 minutes to complete a superb 3-2 win for the Three Lions.
Hopefully that is another good sign for Saints fans who would love the Saints midfielder to start scoring for Saints and making the next step forward in what has so far been a good start to his career although some supporters forget just how young he actually still is only turning 20 back in November.
