Saints Have Summer Clearout
Saints have released six players at the end of their contracts as well as several of the academy scholars.
Artur Boruc is the highest profile out of contract player who will be leaving St Mary's this summer with his contract coming to an end with Bournemouth being his most likely destination and a return with the Cherries in the Premier league next season.
Also on his way is Jos Hooiveld who has spent most of this season on loan, firstly at Norwich City where it didnt quite work out and secondly at Millwall, during his time at St Mary's, he made 65(7) league appearances scoring 7 times.
Cody Cropper, Omar Rowe, Jake Sinclair and Chris Johns have been released from their contracts. Although only Rowe and Sinclair made any appearances for the first team, both appearing as subs in league cup games.
In the academy Dan Demkiv, Mark Irvine, Niall Mason and Chris Regis have left the club at the end of their two-year scholarships.
