Barnsley end Hendo interest
Fellow League One side Barnsley have ended their interest in Dale striker Ian Henderson.
Rumours in the National media and on the internet have suggested that a number of six figure bids have been made for the current Rochdale player of the season, but they have been rejected by Dale.
And following that, the Barnsley CEO confirmed that Henderson was no longer on their radar after their interest was rejected by Dale, and as such they have turned to fresh targets.
Dale boss Keith Hill stated a couple of weeks ago that Henderson would not be sold and he would rather see the former Colchester man leave on a free transfer next Summer than have him depart at this time. it is believed the club hope to secure Henderson to a longer contract.
