Dusan Tadic Set For More Central Role !
Dusan Tadic could be plaing in a more central position under Claude Puel than he has done in his first two seasons at St Mary's.
Claude Puel has hinted that there might be a new role for Dusan Tadic.
"I think Tadic is interesting in this position because he can turn and go quickly,”
"He can give good passes for the striker. I think it’s a good position for him. He wants to make progress all the time in the games step by step.
"I’m sure that Dusan is going to make a very good season.”
I will be interested to see Tadic in this position, I have always thought that employing him in a number 10 position would be best suited to his talents, he is a clever player and has the ability to pick a pass, also when he is out wide he has to work harder in getting back and covering the full back, something that he is not best suited to doing.
So in my opinion I think playing in a role where he can concentrate on doing what he does best and that is create and score goals has to be of benefit for both Tadic himself and the team.
It is good that Claude Puel has noticed this and intends to use him in this position.
