£399 Season Tickets Almost Sold Out
Saints cut price £399 season ticket offer has proved a success and with 7 weeks to go before the season starts is nearing a sell out.
Saints revamped their seating area pricing this summer and one of the good things to come out of it for the fans was the introduction of an area set aside for cut price deals on season tickets.
That sees season tickets offered at only £399, that equates to only £21 per game for an adult to watch Premier League football, Saints must be applauded for this in trying to keep in touch with it's traditional fanbase, many of whom have been priced out since our return to the Premier League.
No one can argue that this isn't good value for money and is in line with the Football Supporters Federation's campaign for cheaper ticket prices.
Saints offered around 2,000 tickets at this price and a look at the clubs ticketing system shows that they seem to be around 85% sod out.
Given that now is usually a quiet period for season ticket sales in that we are now past the early bird period and all tickets are now at the price they will be up to the start of the season, Saints would not expect to sell many for another month until we get within two weeks of the season when excitement will rise and there will be a last minute rush.
But for those that want to take advantage of the early bird prices a month may be too late, with only a couple of hundred or so left at this price a good tip is to get in now before they are gone.
