With no Saints game this weekend why not support a local non league team today, grass roots football is facing a crisis just as big as that being faced by professional clubs, they need the money who not pop along.
All the headlines are about how Premier League clubs and those in the Championship, League One & League Two are struggling, but the farther that you go down the Pyramid system the problem is just as acute if not more !
Eastleigh are only a step off the football league and have made a great start to the season, yet they are not allowed to let spectators into their games and take on Altricham this afternoon behind closed doors.
AFC Totton are a couple of levels below but are allowed to let supporters in and they host Bristol Manor Farm this afternoon at 3pm.
It should be a good game and at £10 for adults and £10 for 13-16 year olds and over 65's it is not that expensive, kids 12 or under are admitted free when with a paying adult.
Tickets can be ordered in advance online using the link at the bottom of the page to the AFC Totton website to make it very easy to watch the team in action.
You can of course also pay on the gate.
The Snows stadium is a modern football ground with two stands, terracing on all four sides and bar and food facilities with plenty of parking on the industrial estate adjoining the ground.

From the M27 London/East
Leave the M27 at Junction 2 signposted Salisbury A36 and Fawley A326. Stay in the left hand lane until you reach the traffic lights at the top of the roundabout. At the roundabout take the first exit and follow the A326. In approximately 100 metres take the next exit marked Totton (Town Centre) Ower and Calmore Ind. Estate. At the T junction, give way and turn left onto Salisbury Road. Follow this road for approximately a mile and the Snows Stadium will be on your left hand side.
From Southampton
Take the Redbridge Road A33 out of the city following signs to Totton. Take the A36 slip road and head towards Totton. At the roundabout take the second exit onto Salisbury Road/A36. Continue this road for approximately two miles until you reach the next roundabout. Once here, take the second exit. The Snows Stadium will be approximately 100 metres on your right.
