How do I access my tickets before the match?

Supporters will be able to access their tickets from 72 hours before kick-off from their My Saints account, once they have filled out a mandatory health questionnaire — tickets can either be downloaded to your mobile device or printed at home and must be presented on arrival at the stadium along with photo ID.

Please be aware that fans will not be able to use the Saints official mobile app as their digital ticket for this fixture, but will be able to for future fixtures.

You can watch the video below for a guide on how to download your tickets for the match against Leeds:

Please ensure you arrive at the correct entry gate as stated on your ticket as turnstiles will not be in use. This is to ensure supporters are not having direct contact with turnstiles used by other fans and to extend our concourses to help with ventilation. If you are attempting to use the wrong gate, you will not be able to access your seat and will be denied entry. You can familiarise yourself with the correct entrance by referring to the map here.

Supporters are also asked to adhere to their assigned entry time where possible to ensure a safe and controlled entry into the stadium.

What safety measures will be in place?

To ensure the safety of all supporters and staff during the match, there are a number of safety measures that will be in place at St Mary’s.

All supporters will be required to complete a mandatory health questionnaire before downloading their tickets, which they can do so from their ticketing account 72 hours ahead of kick-off.

Supporters are asked to maintain social distancing of 1m+ with other fans at all times, and face coverings must be worn at all times within the stadium, except when eating or drinking.

There will be measures in place to enable social distancing and to maximise air-flow in the concourses, including increased social distancing measures at all food and drink kiosks.

What facilities will be available at St Mary’s?

Supporters will be able to purchase food and drinks from the kiosks within the stadium concourses — St Mary’s is now a fully cashless stadium with fans able to make contactless payments at all kiosks. Fans are advised alcohol will not be available in the concourses for this fixture.

The Saints Store at St Mary’s will be open from 10am on Tuesday 18th May, with supporters able to buy merchandise until 4pm. Supporters can still purchase the last remaining 2020/21 kit from the Saints Store with this season’s shirts no longer available to buy online.

Please note that the Fan Zone will not be open and there will be no catering available outside the stadium for this fixture.
