Whilst there will be some Saints supporters still smarting about the sacking of Pardew and of course there will be some who say that Nigel Adkins is not the man for the job, when he takes his place on the Saints bench its time for Saints supporters to get firmly behind him and give him every chance to succeed, after all we want one thing this season and thats promotion.
However there is a note to this, over the past few months relations between the supporters, club sponsors, ex players, the media(both local & national) and the Chairman have broken down to various levels, none of which are of advantage to a football club and its perhaps time for the Chairman to take a step back, reflect and maybe learn a lesson from the events.

This is a Club that has been in turmoil for far too long and it has to stop, in any walk of business, but especially football if you want loyalty you have to earn the respect of those you are asking to be loyal, you have to treat them fairly and make them part of the plans, not alienate them, if i was talking to Nicola Cortese today i would be saying these things, its time to all work together and take this club back to where it belongs, not create division.
