Have Everton got it right? 18:22 - Feb 20 with 878 viewskingslandstand1

They've appointed a contractor to build and in the blurb I've just read was this:

"Work on the new stadium is expected to start later this year, subject to planning consent, and is expected to take three years.

Designed by MEIS architects, the stadium’s brick base reflects Goodison Park’s famous Archibald Leitch lattice work, while the roof structure is made from steel and glass giving the stadium a modern finish.

The proposed waterfront stadium comprises four stands, including a large, steep ‘home end’ which will house 13,000 Evertonians."

It seems they want a home end purely for the singers ...............

Not sure about the space age looks though

Spurs tried a similar think with their home end but it’s been rubbish so far. None of the new stadiums ever retain the atmosphere of the old ones. Not in the premier league anyway.

Poll: Who do you feel most sorry for

There’s no mention of where the paddock boo boys are going to be sitted.

Is that not why it's a waterfront stadium? Over the side etc ……………….
