What are you doing for your works Christmas do’s this year? Of all the things that could be passed over this year, the office party should be at the top of the list IMHO.
Today, we start our virtual ‘festivities’ at 9.15 with lots of virtual breakout areas, a Christmas quiz, a virtual escape room and then a virtual drink starting at 3pm.

Mrs SOG has just been asked to work from home again from Monday so no works do there. Our village has been doing the advent calendar window thing so the pub is going to set up a mulled wine stall and we are going to wonder around the village looking at the windows and wishing the neighbours a Merry Christmas (from a social distance of course!). We usually do carols around the village Christmas tree and then in to the pub for a boozy session so this will have to do this year. At least it is something, but with Covid figures still rising despite being in Tier 3 we are more concerned about avoiding the bug until we get the jab. |  | | |
