Sky stated the other week that Chelsea have a buy back option on him for 25 million.

They are more likely to buy him back and then flog him on, but I doubt for a few years as they wouldn’t sell to a rival and he won’t get a game at Chelsea for a while with Reece James ahead of him.

He’ll be at Saints for a good few years yet.

Moneyball eh, don’t you love it.

I cant see him going back to Chelsea as he wont play, even if they want to then sell him for a profit. I think one of the big clubs will be in for him at the end of the season. Failing that Arsenal.
