Clearly there is no leadership at our club
Why have we not been told who is the manager, its clear they have no plan or clue, once again we are going to be stumbling from one failure to another as our club suffers further
Total joke

That's a bit premature, isn't it? Mousinho hasn't been sacked yet.

They are hoping that Eckert has positive results against Charlton and Leicester so he can be appointed as full time boss.

I’d go as far to say that a win against Charlton would secure him the job.

We thought that we had the answers, It was the questions we had wrong.

If he can beat Charlton and then Leicester then there may be something about him worth keeping even Russell Martin only managed a 4 game winning streak once in his Promotion season

We sacked Still before the Norwich, Swansea and Boro jobs became vacant yet Swansea are in advanced talks with Vitor Matos, Norwich are about to appoint Clement and Boro are apparently about to make an announcement

Meanwhile SR are staring intently at their navels 🙄🙄

If we were about to about Vitor Matos as Swansea are, then we would be up in arms about appointing a man whose current experience as an actual manager head coach is just a few months in charge of Portugese 2nd division club Maritimo.

Middlesborough are about to appoint Kim Hellberg whose only experience is in Sweden.

We would be up in arms if we appointed any of those two.

Phillipe Clement at Norwich looks a bit better, but no one was mentioning him

You can't complain about Saints not appointing a manager whilst also saying that we should not appoint up and coming coaches with no experience and then champion Swansea & Boro as being better organised than us because they have

I think I'll reserve judgement til we see how it shakes out. The fact we haven't appointed anyone yet does not clearly mean we have no leadership etc etc. It might mean they are taking extra care in getting the right fit having learned from previous errors.
Maybe the person they want is currently employed or there are complex negotiations going on . Equally as likely scenarios as any other theories.
I want them to take their time, do their due diligence and get it right. TE winning 2 games means they were bought a little time.

I'm not convinced they will get it right but id still rather they didn't rush it.
I also don't think TE is qualified for the job.

Interesting.

I would have thought O'Neil was a cert to go to either Boro or Norwich, having played for them both.

I don't imagine any of us would be too pleased if any of those being touted for the post so far were to get it, so why not let Ekhert continue. His two wins were against two of the weaker sides but they were more convincing than anything WS achieved in his time.
A thought for the day ... A few years ago someone took a risk and appointed Sir Alex and Pep G to their first management jobs. They didn't turn out too badly.

If you think the QPR win was convincing then you’re a proper head case.

Learning from previous errors? I don’t think they see their atrocious record on recruitment as a series of failures, so no need to learn from them.
