Just thought I'd look at where we were this time last year and that illustrious position and record we were going for (and vey nearly got!), and I see we actually had 4 points after 12 games.
I see Wolves only have 2 now whereas Derby had 6!
Will Wolves take that mantle? I'm not so sure, they have a fairly experienced manager now (?) who is acutely aware of the problems ahead of him! |  |

Wolves are doomed, I reckon. Years of selling their best players and bringing in rubbish ones has left them with a very poor squad that’s barely got any PL experience bar a couple of players plus they have an inexperienced manager.
I think it will be much closer for the other two places than in previous years. Burnley don’t concede many but don’t score a lot, Sunderland have done a Forest and brought in almost a new team. Leeds look the weaker of the promoted teams. I can see Sunderland staying up with Burnley, Leeds going down and Wolves smashing Saints record! |  | | |

Wolves are doomed, I reckon. Years of selling their best players and bringing in rubbish ones has left them with a very poor squad that’s barely got any PL experience bar a couple of players plus they have an inexperienced manager.

They had the same problem as us, a Chinese owner who suddenly couldnt invest, they managed to hand on a few more years than us but cant see them getting out of it now |  |

I was up in Liverpool last week and had a wander around the outside of the Bramley Moore Stadium.
