| Todays Football 10:29 - May 16 with 1404 views | SaintNick | To be fair im not that interested in Chelsea V Manchester City, but I would like to see Hearts win the Scottish Premiership, if only to see the Rangers/Celtic domination broken after 40 years | |

| Todays Football on 10:43 - May 16 with 1355 views | dirk_doone | How many times have Saints been knocked out of the FA Cup by the eventual winners? It seems to happen a lot. Hearts should feel a lot more aggrieved than Boro, after Celtic were awarded a 97th minute penalty, which even the SFA panel of 5 have unanimously agreed shouldn't have been given. Without that, Hearts would already be champions. I'm sure if it had been against Celtic, it wouldn't have been awarded. | |

| Todays Football on 10:44 - May 16 with 1351 views | shotters | I'll probably have the cup final on in the background but only a passing interest in what's going on. Makes me think back to the 1980's, buying both Shoot! and Match magazines for their cup final specials, the local newsagents selling the cup final programme and different teams in most finals (I appreciate I'm going a bit Ron Manager jumpers for goalpost here) marvelous As a Hibernian follower the last thing I want to see if Hearts win the league, I have no fondness for Celtic but if it stops Hearts winning it then so be it Game I'm most interested in today is Edinburgh City v Brora Rangers in the play-off second leg. Their ground Meadowbank is literally at the end of my mother and father in laws road so I follow them and don't want to see them go out of the Scottish league Arent AFC Stoneham at Wembley for the FA Vase this weekend too? Exactly the reason they scheduled Celtic v Hearts on the final day . Hearts are going to find in very difficult today and you just know any 50/50 decisions will go Celtics way . | |

it's the first time the team that was top of the league at the end of the regular season, hasn't been given a home fixture at the end of the 2nd phase. So, Hearts should have been the home team today. Of course, it was always Celtic or Rangers top before. [Post edited 16 May 11:01]

Never mind everyone, look over there it’s a squirrel.

Chelsea pleaded guilty to paying 50 million to agents and not putting it through the books. Their punishment? A fine. Absolute joke. It’s almost as though these clubs were involved in hand picking that fraud Richard Masters. And let’s not forget these two clubs were partly responsible for ruining the football pyramid with their selfish breakaway to a super league which has been conveniently airbrushed from history.

I went to the 2009 final, the Chelsea end was practically empty when they picked up the cup as their arrogant fans had already left. Horrible club, horrible fans. I hope City win only for the fact that it gives another place to the league positions. Everton have probably blown that one this season but I’d take the likes of Brentford having a European tour than gobshite Chelsea fans every time. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

Everton are hardly angels selling their woman’s to basically themselves and trading youth players with Aston Villa at ridiculous sums

100% And if you want a neutral viewpoint, my neighbour is a Brentford ST holder and said exactly the same as you about 20 mins ago.

Southampton have squirrels in training to act as spies for next season as they are more covert than human spies - and they will work all day for two cans of lager… https://youtube.com/watch?v=aY

It’s not even on the same planet. And the youth player you mention has featured in almost every game this season for Everton and his value has gone up no end.
| Todays Football on 20:54 - May 16 with 762 views | shotters | All kicked off in Glasgow after Celtic won the title today Me and Mrs S were up there this time last year for a gig at the Barrowland which is not far from Celtic Park. It looked like a bomb site, shit everywhere and all the traffic lights smashed. Had a wander round in the morning and there were some very moody looking bars that looked like they'd been open all night The east end of Glasgow was a bit run down but it does have the Barrowland and Paninaro shop, both of which id wanted to go to for quite a while [Post edited 16 May 20:55]

If we would have held on to make the final it would have been a proper spectacle today , there would have been goals and proper noise and a win for the Mighty Saints

VAR stole the tithe from Hearts. It’s as simple as that. How a review system designed to make things fairer is so sh1t that it can be allowed to do this is mind-boggling.
