I would imagine the club are waiting for the results of the report to hear their findings and then dismiss those implicated for gross misconduct As said previously, whether you want TE to stay or not, that decision will more than likely be made for the club, not by it I would imagine "from the top down" possibly implicates Spors, Parsons and TE's backroom staff?

And Parsons as well. It’s a shame Spors didn’t do more spying on Will Still and Damion Downs.

As someone has said previously, they shouldn't really need to wait as he's brought the club in to disrepute, but similarly, si have any others involved

If it turns out that Parsons knew then someone appointed a man with the brain of a courgette as our CEO....He knew nothing. As for Spors, I'm inclined to think he didn't know either...if he did he would be a moron not to have owned up by now because if he was in on it, Eckert will dob him in anyway on his way out the door.

In my opinion the only way the Club can survive this and salvage something from the rubble enabling a fresh start is for the Owners to sack every one of Sports Republic’s employees named in the report. If that includes Spors ( from whom we appear to have heard very little so far ) Parsons, Tonda and his staff then that’s fine by me. Alternatively, put the club up for sale, take what limited funds a sale raises and disappear into the sunset as quickly as possible leaving us with new owners. [Post edited 21 May 20:16]

I wasted 10 minutes of my life, that I will never get back , wondering what Solak might be thinking. He paid £100m for his stake in 2022. analysts were pretty unanimous that he got a great deal from a desperate Gao and the asset was worth more like £140m. A spell in the PL and some decent player trading increased the perceived value to around £175m hence Simon (ITK) Jordan's scoop that the club was on the market for £200m. So far , so good. Fast forward to today. Who knows what anyone will pay for this Club. Let's pick a number of £90m which coincidently is the exact size of the debt. The debt is a strange mix of bank loans, loans from Solak himself, deferred transfer payments and a mysterious foreign exchange loss caused by borrowing in odd Euro currencies that went wrong. So selling now is maximum pain and will also book a realised loss that he probably has reasons not to show. So I think he hangs around on the somewhat shaky premise that things can only get better. Then again he might just say....je*i ovo za igru vojnika...which means F*ck this for a game of soldiers and jog on. Funnily enough I don't think Solak is the villain here. He has been shafted by the management pyramid of Ankerson-Parsons-Spors-Eckert.
