A club would surely have to prove that something we had done in bad faith had led to them being materially disadvantaged wouldn't they? We haven't been demoted from 4th place so clubs below us have no claim unless we are - then they could argue they should have been higher. I'm surprised our highly paid legal team didn't argue that the playoff final should take place as planned then if Hull win the EFL could impose points, financial as seen fit.
