It probably just about sums up the average Saints fan's view.
The EFL-Mboro axis (and it is now obvious that that's what is was) have totally screwed everyone at SFC.
Just as I thought I was recovering from the anger I couldn't believe the mealy-mouthed hypocrisy about bullying. Most people on TUI would, I'm sure, consider me a 'woke' so-and-so and I fully understand and condemn bullying whenever it happens and I think even less of Tonda for this BUT: Is the EFL saying there is no bullying in football? I would bet my house that at every club in the land it goes on the whole time. What are the EFL seriously doing about it? Nothing. If I had a tenner for every time an aggressive plonker like Gibson had bullied someone I would probably be able to retire on my proceeds. Make no mistake all Saints fans - this vilification of Saints is the final phase of the EFL-Mboro plan: First establish idea of M'boro reinstatement, kick Saints out and then heap buckets of sh!te on the corpse just so no one notices the truth and the sheer hypocrisy involved.
I don't like Brady but good on her for at least raising her head slightly above the conformist parapet. |  | | |

Why didn't we take our full 14 days to reply, as the rules state. That date would have been yesterday, which would have put pressure on the EFL to proceed with us in the final.

Sorry to post yet again but I wonder if the answer to your question is that the club decided total and demeaning co-operation with the Mboro-EFL axis might mitigate the punishment. They didn't let us have the 14 days so Immediate legal action about the obviously not-fit-for-purpose EFL rules/justice procedures would seem to have been a better option than rolling over and hoping for the best. | | | |

There's No Way that they were going to allow us to Play in final.

Not sure this helps. We all know we were thrown to the wolves. Plenty of Football people have said it over the last few days. The punishment level is harsh sure, but a lot of people also agree it was needded to stop spying happening at all in the future. It splits opinion and personally I think it's too harsh,however whats done is done. Lets see what the FA do to us now, then we know the lay of the land for next season. |  |
