I can see this game being very eventful on and off the pitch.

Guaranteed trouble in the stands.

No segregation due to FIFA’s policy of selling to the highest bidder.

Very little stewarding that I could see in Miami on Saturday, when there were plenty of Mexicans and Argentinians in the ground cheering on Norway. If we had lost, it would have turned nasty.

Argentina will have three-quarters of the support (or more) in the ground, and there is genuine hatred between the two sets of fans.

Infantino will blame the England fans after the game, but it will be the Argentinians starting the trouble.

Are the 4 bookings we had from the Mexico game still "valid" for a suspension in the final if a 2nd is given as it would have been for the semi?

If so I'm almost certain that will come in should it suspend one of ours

It's been good to see referees not rewarding and even punishing diving during this tournament, but they seem to have made an exception for one team: Argentina. So we can expect plenty of diving, play acting and wild, angry protests from their players, coaches and fans in attempts to get English players sent off. I expect all 50/50 decisions to go their way, and an Argentinian goal to come from a dubious free-kick or penalty, especially when Messi speaks to the referee.

I hope I'm wrong and we get fair officiating, but I haven't been impressed by Ismail Elfath so far, and he probably has fond memories of being the 4th official when Argentina won the last World Cup Final. The 4th official this time is Italian, Mauricio Mariani, and Italians want Argentina to win.
