All our signings except Mara look good. Aribo, Caleta -car , Maitland-Niles, Kotchap , Edoize , Lavia, Bazunu , Larios will be decent I think . Maitland-Niles is improving every game, he played well yesterday.
Lavia ,Kotchap , Livramento very close to being back Kotchap and Lavia maybe next week.
The World Cup is coming which gives saints a break which means we’ll be closer to the transfer window in January and we can go all out to get a really good striker.
We are a striker short of being decent. We created good chances yesterday which Adams should have buried. Our defence is fairly solid now . |  |

Every single club will be after a striker, and there will be very few available.
Tella back from Burnley is the only “signing” I see us making.
I would snap Villa’s hands off in the unlikely event of them making Ings available.

I like Adams mate but we need someone good and more prolific to play with him. I think most saints fans know that. If we don’t get a decent striker in we could be in trouble the club will realise that hopefully but I think the new signings are improving. | |

There some things to be positive about most of the new signings are a step up on what we had.
If that is the case why are we performing worse than last season.
Reason = there too many negatives.
1) Ralph
2) JWP
3) Adam Armstrong
4) Diallo
5) Elynoussi
Maitland Niles looks absolute quality for 45 mins yesterday, can't wait to see him play alongside Lavia (no room for out of form Prowsy).
We brought Maitland Niles in as a utility player who can play full back or midfield, so why didn't Ralph utilise him at Right Back in the absence of KWP, as much as I like Lyanco's enthusiasm he's not a right back & Elynoussi is definitely not a wing back.
More very poor decision making by RH.

On that basis, you would have to suspect Leicester will sadly be OK.
Wolves’ record is appalling, and I see they will now be without that shithouse Costa for 3 games.
Boscombe are hopefully now on the slide. Yesterday’s collapse may well haunt them.

You cannot fault Che's effort and work rate which is why he should be a starter. Occasionally he does come up with the goods, but not often enough and should have been on the scoresheet yesterday and that is why he gets berated

Yeah I’m strangely feeling quite optimistic. The three guys injured and returning are premier league quality no question. Get a good striker in January we’ll be fine if we don’t we’ll struggle.

Put him up front. His goal against Arsenal was class, perfectly placed, well out of reach of the keeper.

We went in the cherry tree opposite Norwood station . Palace pub but we were the first ones in there . Few beers and a bbq so all good.
