Left out of the Pomps squad on Saturday for their big derby against Havant and Waterlooville, following a couple of bids being made for him by Wigan.
This follows on from some interest in him from Millwall.
It must be terribly unsettling for players and their club when bigger clubs come calling.

Looks a very interesting option up front.....

Weather forecaster on Meridian.
She’s amazing. I watch the weather forecast when she’s on and I haven’t got a bloody clue what the weather’s going to be like.
She’s wasted in that job. She could be the new Kylie.

Seems to me that we have some serious competition with Barcodes and even Boscombe this summer.
For Boscombe to get £26.5 million from Villa for Tyrone Mings is beyond insane.
Villa appear to me to be Fulham 12 months on. Wildly splashing cash on players who won’t make a massive difference.

He was a bit of a one-off.....
Was great in Celebrity Big Brother.

A thread by me about Saints!!! Who would have thought it?
Thinking about going to Burnley.
The game is on August 10th.
Will I still need to wear two coats and order a hot-pot in the boozer to prevent me from hypothermia?

That sodding band are there again, I see....

Despite all the hype, I don’t think it’s that great a line-up this year.
Highlights for me are The Courteeners and Kylie. George Ezra was very good at the Isle of Wight Festival.
Sam Fender has pulled out again due to illness, as he did at the IOW Festival.

Any other Uglies lucky enough to have witnessed this very fine band in Bournemouth last night?
They were astoundingly good, one of the best bands I have seen live. Most people came out of the gig struggling to walk, always a good sign.

Your shovel of shoite of a Club have been trying to sign a player I have never heard of from Aberdeen.
He has rejected your mob to sign for a team in New York.
Still, at least you have history on your side, yes?

Suspended by Mother Theresa after last night’s Mansion House shenanigans.

Got back earlier this afternoon .
- Noel Gallagher
- George Ezra
- Hacienda Classical
- Fatboy Slim
- Richard Ashcroft
- Anne-Marie (like her voice; a million times more talented than Lily Allen)
- Tom Walker
- Lily Allen: decided there should be a 1-minute silence for Grenfell Towers as it was opposite where she lived. When some people didn’t observe it, she called them coonts. Twice. Musically just awful as well.
Great weekend overall. Would thoroughly recommend anybody go next year who might be thinking about it.

Not sure if they showed this on the TV last night, but during Noel Gallagher‘ set last night...
He asks if there are any Leeds in.
Some guys in front of me excitedly wave a Leeds flag.
Noel gives them a thumbs-up and says “This one is for you”.
He then sings Oasis’ “Stop Crying Your Heart Out”.......

Struck me whilst watching him on Newsnight last night that a bet on him might not be a few quid completely down the drain....

Any other Uglies going this weekend?
Fearing a bit of a mud bath, I am not generally a good omen for festivals.
Some half-decent coverage starting from Friday on SKY Arts for anybody who might want to see it without getting very muddy.
Think they have had better line-ups in previous years, though am quite looking forward to seeing Noel Gallagher, Courteneers, Sam Fender, Richard Ashcroft, Garbage, James, Sundara Karma, Madness, Gerry Cinnamon and Sigala. So probably shouldn’t complain.
