County's game at Cheltenham is OFF

County's game away at Cheltenham Town has been postponed due to to a frozen pitch. Snow and freezing temperatures have returned to England over the last 48 hours and our game at Whaddon Road has become a victim of the latest wintry weather.

Match referee Russell Booth inspected the pitch early on Saturday morning and although the pitch had been covered wth frost covers since Thursday, he found that the pitch was frozen in places. With temperatures set to remain below freezing all day the referee deemed that there was no chance that the pitch would thaw.

So far four matches have been called off in League Two with a total of twelve matches called off in the Football League.
