Robinson was virtually unknown when he came from Tranmere at the beginning of last season. But he soon started to show us what he was all about, Andy was signed as a striker but looks more comfortable in midfield, always gives 100% and scores great goals too. He was recognised for this by winning the Jackarmy.net player of the season and won goal of the season against Preston in the FA Cup.

Fan's Views -

"Always gives 110%, works his socks off, the best taker of free kicks since Beckham, thoroughly deserves to player of the season, and if I could I'd carry him shoulder high onto the pitch instead of letting him run out!!"

"Plucked from Tranmere reserve's. No-one knew anything of this player... but proved to be a gem throughout the season, with some important goals, and 110% displays almost every game! Player of the season by far, next season more of the same is expected from maybe the most important player in our squad!

"I hope to Christ he isn't Mumford mark II, coming from nowhere to deservedly win player of the year and then vanishing back just as quickly. Doubt that will happen though! (crosses fingers)"
