Tadic Out ! Davis And Pelle Doubtful For Everton Game
Thursday, 18th Dec 2014 14:19

Is Ronald Koeman trying to play mind games or has Saints injury and suspension crisis just got far worse.

Ronald Koeman has told the media at Thursday afternoon's press conference that Dusan Tadic will miss the clash with Everton on Saturday and that Steven Davis and Graziano Pelle are also doubtful.

If you add these three to the suspended Schneiderlin, Wanyama and Gardos as well as the longer term injuries like Jay Rodriguez & Jack Cork then Saints will be without over half a team of players.

However could it be Koeman playing a little bit of mind games, as in the next sentence he confirms that Tadic, Davis and Pelle all have minor knocks due to a period of intense fixtures in a short time.

However there is better news on Jake Hesketh who trained today, however the manager also stated that he won't be fit for Saturday

Suspect that these are probably mind games, following on from the no respect non-hand shaking prank on Tuesday. If however it is true, then we are royally shafted again and may as well play the 21 side - who seem to be more of a cohesive team at present.
Personally i think Davis, Tadic and Pelle will all play, but we are so severely limited at present, that if you are semi fit and suspension free, you play. Roll on Boxing Day and a much stronger team :0)

At this stage, I'm available to play!

I do have a dodgy back and a dickie knee though...
