Saints have 3 of their players in the first England Under 21 squad of the 2015/16 season and although one is no surprise the other 2 definitely are.

James Ward Prowse was perhaps the first name on the team sheet for the forthcoming matches for England Under 21's who play the USA & Norway on Thursday & Monday week respectively.

Joining JWP is Matt Targett who is perhaps not a shock inclusion, however Jack Stephens currently out on loan at Middlesbrough is and that has come out of left field, Stephens will be pleased at the call up and its another step in his progression that saw h on loan at Swindon in League One last season, followed by the Championship this for Boro and now hopefully a U21 cap.
