Tuesday, 7th Aug 2018 14:18

Saints have had their home game against Chelsea moved for TV coverage, meaning that out of the first 4 home games only one will be played on a Saturday

Saints game against Chelsea will now be played on Sunday October 6th with a 2.15pm kick off and will be broadcast live on Sky sports being moved from the previous day.

This means that out of Saints first four home games of the season, only one of them will be played at it's original time of 3pm on a Saturday.

Burnley this weekend is of course Sunday with a 1.30pm kick off, followed by Leicester City still a Saturday 3pm fixture on 25th August. Next to St Mary's in the Premier League will be Brighton that now being a Monday evening game on 17th October.

Then it is the Chelsea game now as mentioned a Sunday fixture

TV pay the wages and dictate the games. No good moaning about it without them we would not have our Galaticos and 100 million every year.
