An hourly service will run between Southampton Central and Weymouth. This train will make extra stops to cover the Poole stopping service.
Services between London Waterloo and Portsmouth via Eastleigh, also the stopping service to Poole, will only run between London Waterloo and Basingstoke.
Bus services connecting with the above train services will run between Basingstoke and Southampton Central, also between Basingstoke and Fareham. Connecting trains will run between Fareham and Portsmouth Harbour.

Certain Cross Country Services from the North will terminate at Basingstoke and be replaced by buses to Southampton Central whilst others will divert via Andover/Salisbury to Southampton.
In simple terms if you are coming down from London/Basingstoke by train add around 30 minutes to your usual journey time.
Add to that the roadworks still happening at Millbrook Roundabout if you are driving in from the West there could be congestion on the M271 and Mllbrook Road
