Happy Christmas To All Saints Fans !
Tuesday, 25th Dec 2018 08:31
A few short weeks ago there weren't many Saints supporters looking forward to Christmas from a footballing perspective, but that has now all changed.
The atmosphere around Southampton Football Club has suddenly changed from one of doom and gloom and decidedly toxic, to one of hope and optimism.
In reality little has changed, but that little change has it is hoped changed the entire season, he has only been here a short time but already we have given our hearts to Ralph Hasenhuttl and long may that continue.
The Austrian just seems to get it, it is more a job of work for him, he knows that a football club is about it's supporters and he hasgot them on side and created an atmosphere in which the team can win games, something that hasn't been there in a long long time.
The players have also responded to the challenge and so Christmas 2018 is one of hope and optimism whereas the last two have been full of pessimism and forbearing
So to all Saints supporters have a Happy Christmas remember those less fortunate that us and thank God it's Ralph and not Hughes.

So Christmas came and went and for many the lasting memory will be of Valeri Belokon breaking a long, self-imposed silence to send we supporters festive greetings.

My 11-month old son is taking his afternoon nap. My wife is sunning herself on the balcony of our apartment in Salzburg, Austria. It’s the height of summer, but I have only got one thing on my mind; Burton Albion vs Rochdale.
A Hollywood script plays out in the Spotland sun by AtThePeake
It isn’t always easy being a Rochdale supporter. With the majority of the town’s footballing interest being soaked up by local behemoths Manchester City and Manchester United, the club’s attendances rarely break 3,000 home supporters.
