AFC Totton Take On Evesham United At The Snows Stadium This Saturday
Friday, 4th Nov 2022 09:35

For those of you who want to see a game this Saturday with Saints not playing, some of our non league sides are in action with AFC Totton chasing down their games in hand to hit the promotion spots.

The Stags go into this game in 13th place with 14 points, however they trail leaders Sholing by just 11 points with 3 games in hand, indeed if those 3 games in hand are won then as the table stands today it would see Totton in 2nd just 2 points behind their near neighbours.

But visitors Evesham United will be no push overs, they start the day in 4th place on 20 points and they themselves will be looking for a win that will see them pushing for the automatic promotion spot.

EUFC to refer to them by their initials are probably not a team that Nigel Farage would support, however as they play in Red & White stripes they will be pleasing on the eye to Saints supporters.

With Saints not playing on Saturday it should be another bumper crowd for the Stags, they have sold over 750 season tickets and gates have usually been well in excess of this number this season.

The Snows Stadium is a great place to watch football, terraced on all four sides with two seated stands it not only offers a great view of the game, but also great facilities with two bars and hot food available at reasonable prices.

With Eastleigh away to Boreham Wood in the FA Cup, those Saints supporters who watch Eastleigh might want to consider popping along to the Snows Stadium on Saturday afternoon for the 3pm kick off.

Tickets purchased in advance are at the following prices, they rise by £2 if you pay on the gate:

Adults — £10
13-17-Year-olds, Concession — £ 6
Over 65s, Concession — £ 6
Registered Disabled, Concession — £ 6
