With respect to the Rotherham supporters, their team was perhaps not going to be the most attractive game of the season at St Mary's, but the good news is that it could still top the 30k mark with a late rush.

As of Thursday lunchtime in the general seating areas for Saints fans there are only around 1,500 tickets available, plus a couple of hundred from the seats released to home supporters from the unsold Rotherham allocation.

However it likely that should these remaining 1,500 start to go quickly, there could be more made available in what is normally the visitors section with Rotherham only taking around 1,400 out of the 3,000 they could have had. It is unclear how many they have sold of that number.

For those on a budget there are still around 100 Adult tickets available in the Chapel/Itchen corner at £15, and plenty in the non centre of stand areas at £25.

If Saints can make this three wins in a row we could well be in the top six on Saturday
