Southampton Initial Wembley Allocation Almost Sold Out
Friday, 17th Apr 2026 08:11

When the ticket office opens on Friday morning, there will be less than 2,500 tickets available for sale of the initial allocation of 33,500, but don't worry Saints will have access to another 8,000 tickets.

Saints fans have flocked to the cause for the trip to Wembley to take on Manchester City in the FA Cup semi final, around 31,000 tickets have already been sold, around 6,000 more than the number of fans who attended the win over Blackburn at St Mary's on Tuesday night.

Southampton FC have reported on their official site that ticket sales have gone very well for next weekend's Wembley trip.

They are urging those that wish to go to Wembley to take advantage of the half price membership offer in order to put themselves in line for a ticket today and also for the increased allocation that will become available over the next few days.

They advise fans not to worry should today's final 2,500 of the initial allocation sell out and to keep their eyes on the official club website Southampton FC for details of when the extra tickets will be available.

Where have you got we can have another 8000 tickets from? As far as I’m aware we can only have a maximum of just over 36000.

There were actually less than 1,000 tickets available last night, a load more sold after that post on Saints website, hopefully they will have some extra tickets available this morning as those remaining tickets will sell out quickly this morning

Sold out by 9:30 this morning.

Where will the extra allocation come from? For security reasons, it t wouldn't be allowed in the Man City half of the stadium, even though there will be thousands of empty seats there so I guess it would be seats intended for neutrals somewhere near the halfway line.

Man City seem to have only sold a couple of thousand over the number Carlisle took to the JPT Final.
We were given over 50,000 tickets for that game and more could have been sold without too much bother.

The problem with sh*tty City is they go to Wembley too often and its an expensive day out for their fans. Some even stay overnight which adds to the expense.

So yes there probably will be empty seats as their fans are still recovering from the Carabo Cup Final. Most I suspect will prioritise the FA Cup final ........next year
