I would say so. Although it's a bit of a gamble - did well at Olympiakos & WC but hasn't shown anything to merit Arsenal start (Think he's played a couple of cup games) Think he'd have something to prove which is definite advantage, Townsend was in a similar boat and made a huge difference here. |  | | |
