My 89 year old brother in law passed away a few weeks ago, he was a passionate Welshman and huge Swans fan. Been helping today in the unpleasant job of sorting out the contents of his home some of which were very interesting. Found the attached book of poems titled a Swansea Boy, it contains 72 pages of localised poems of which I’ve enjoyed reading. I’ve selected one titled The Grey Cliffs of Gower and attached it below.

Personally I tried this diet for about 9 months, lost almost 2 stone in weight and felt much better, came off it eventually due to constipation problems. Introduced a few carbs and fruit back into the diet and have still maintained the weight loss.
