With the season coming to a close and with additions needed for a new campaign.
But what do you all think about long development and purchases.... I think we should look at younger british players sooner so they can take on the clubs philosophy.

I would like to look for good welsh players too as long as we feel they can either improve us know or in the future.
I would like to go for Adam Matthews as a long term Rangel replacement is a must, he is of a similar type.
Johnny Williams would be great as Leons long term replacement and would fit us to a tee, as would Emr Huws.
As longer term I think Tom Lawrence of Man U, currently at Yeovil.
With managers like Laudrup etc they will only look at the team in the short term and in the results business you cant blame them, maybe just maybe Monk will look at now and the future if given the role. That would make him a stand out candidate to Huw and the board.
Any other players with potential you can think of?
