One for the cyclists here... 12:25 - Apr 28 with 103093 viewsllangyfelach

For varying reasons I'm not confident enough to get out and about on my bike, so for the next couple of months I'll be using my indoor Turbo Trainer. I'm mindful that at the moment I'll be training based on time rather than distance, so want to get myself a decent milometer. Any recommendations?

Ta in advance

Not sure if it's been asked, is Chamois cream any good if you're doing a long ride

I use chamois cream and I ride several times a week a minimum of 45 miles on road about 25 off road for each ride, I definitely notice if I don't use it, I did 200 miles over two days re entry with no issues with chamois cream.

More important is good pair of cycling shorts, go commando, make sure set up is right on bike for saddle height etc.

Life is an adventure or nothing at all.
