All a bit pointless really because Wiggo was riding on a velodrome.
Had a lovely ride on the coast road between Bridgend and Cardiff airport this morning hardly any traffic no wind and sunny. Couldn't be better.
Driven cars all over the world do about 50k miles a year and enjoy it, but love riding my bike, I commute back and fore to work, it takes me an hour to get to work and would be about 40 mins in a car with all the traffic jams etc.
I see and hear nature travelling in on the A48 and other quieter roads, if I have had a shitty day, it clears the mind and works off the aggression.
I am having a minimal effect on the environment, improving my health and fitness. By riding my bike I am leaving room in the car parks for you fat fucers to get off your arses and open the car doors that little bit wider. |  |
