Current premier league form table 20:56 - Nov 9 with 1822 views

Over the last 6 games we're 16th in the form table. Very poor, yes but sack the manager time for a small premier league club?

Bournemouth game is massive though as they are last in the form rankings. For me it's the biggest Swans game since the League Cup Final...

Wish people (especially the players) would stop talking about "must win" games at this stage of the season. Let's all forget about the table and just focus on the performance, taking it one game at a time. A cliché but that's what's needed. The last think we need to do is heap more pressure on us and raise expectation levels.

Pressure can work both ways. Monks first game was against Cardiff and under massive pressure to stop them doing the first ever league double. I'm hoping for a repeat!
