Passing style comes from being able to play out from the back. Bartley is not suited to being able to play out from back - hence we don't have a passing style if he is in the team.
He does have certain strengths though is physically strong, does get stuck in with regards to tacking and does seem more of a threat from set-pieces compared to Williams and Fernandez.
