Away from the nonsense, I do have two comments:
(1) the 'rest of the season' is happening NOW and we are in danger of being left with too much to do by the end of the window - the need has been recognised for quite some time and there is a sense that the urgency is not being fully understood as 'winnable' games come and go
(2) the club should have learnt from the manager search of the danger of putting our eggs in one basket. Please assure us that this is not going to be repeated and that we'll be left with no one if another PL club changes its proposed activity. A back up plan is essential and we cannot leave it until the last minute.
The hubris still be shown by some who should frankly know better is genuinely alarming. It may well be the case that the bigger gamble with the club's finances is allowing us to go down without every possible fight.
Also, on a final note - Swansea ain't nothing but a village - it's honestly worth noting that things that should be hidden from view are mostly not. Doesn't help. | | | |

What I do believe is that we are paralysed by indecision as to what constitutes an acceptable gamble. Problem is that the gamble is getting bigger the more the weeks pass. We'll be left with no option shortly - same as with the manager.

So youve spent a few million quid on a player and committed a few million in wages over 3 year contract. The crowd is lifted until the team concedes a penalty or goal after 3 minutes.

The problem is quite simple.Whenever Huw and the board try to do any business the deal has to be loaded one hundred per cent in our favour,not such a problem when your seen by players and managers as a progressive Premiership club but that obviously isn't the case at the moment.
