The problem is quite simple.Whenever Huw and the board try to do any business the deal has to be loaded one hundred per cent in our favour,not such a problem when your seen by players and managers as a progressive Premiership club but that obviously isn't the case at the moment.

Huw needs to change his mindset because at the moment everybody else holds the aces and that's not something he's used to

I think there's a lot in that, but HJ has to resolve that problem; part of what he's paid for.
