Could they not introduce a road tax for electric scooters. I'm not being unfair but if someone can spend hundreds on these why not pay say a tenner and this could go to the disability budget. |  |

Aspergers Syndrome
ADHD
Chronic illness
Drug abuse
Dwarfism
Eating Disorders
Intellectual Disability
Learning disabilities
Obesity
A variety of mental health problems
Plus many people with disabilities function fine without financial support from numerous studies. | |

It is questionable that to many are classed as disabled. We see too often people parking in disabled places and they Spring out of their cars. The British race is to soft. I have a bad back it hurts in the morning and after standing. I just get on with it. | |
