Now I know they are not the most reliable and you shouldn't generalise, but personally I would not have another frog from the frog league for a very long time. The problem there is that Ayew will not be happy playing second fiddle to Siggy. And he is one of the highest earners at the club as well.
No doubt Ayew's best position is behind the main striker but with Siggy on form we have stuck him up top on his own or shifted him out wide.

I don't think his best position is behind a striker. It's either centre forward or on the wing in the kind of formation we used on Saturday, without a dedicated number 10 (so his drifting actually helps). | | | |

Ki should be back up for gylfi. Played well there for Sunderland and played well when he's been in that position for us. Ayew should be a striker or a winger (more inside forward). Granted, if a club in Europe comes in for him he'll be off most likely.. But I can't see who that club will be? Especially as he's probably in the 15-20 mil bracket if reports are to be believed.
Think there is more important position to go for with limited funds so I can't see Cabella on the radar. |  | | |

On the other hand, Ayew has matched his career high (11 league goals) for us after playing 8 seasons in France. And that doesn't include the 3 additional goals he gave Siggy by drawing penalties.
Of course you wouldn't know it by how disappointed some seem to be in him. |  |
