Which candidate is the dangerous one again?

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2016/07/29/hillary-clinton-will-reset-syria-poli

"Jeremy Bash, who served as chief of staff for the Pentagon and the Central Intelligence Agency, said Mrs Clinton would both escalate the fight against the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, and work to get Bashar al-Assad, the Syrian president, "out of there". "

IF (I wish I could make the first word ten-foot tall) Trump gets anywhere near the Oval Office he will by then be as tame a puppet of Finance as almost all who have gone before.

An idea isn't responsible for those who believe in it.

Out of the two Clinton has a track record of being an aggressive warhawk.

My opinion is she will escalate Syria and the middle east.

You're probably right.

Always waging war in self-interest masquerading as something else. Anti-communism, democracy, freedurm etc. Whatever is flavor of the day.

Some say that causing chaos in the ME is destabilising the EU, who they see as an economic rival.

Possibly but if that were the case, why would they throw Obama into the project fear remain scaremongering camp? Nothing would destabilise the eu more than one of its most important members leaving.

The creatures outside looked from pig to man, and from man to pig, and from pig to man again; but already it was impossible to say which was which.

She's gross. The democrats were biased towards her when she was up against Bernie. They planned to out him as an atheist too ffs.

She's timed this campaign perfectly. A lot of people voting for her because she's a woman.

Didn't mean to quote you*

Ah well, it evens out with the number of people voting for Trump just because he pretends to be a racist redneck thicko.

Double bluff. People don't like foreigners interfering in their elections. Worked a treat.

Look what happened when the Guardianistas patronisingly tried to stop Bush being elected. Back-fired hugely.

Agree with you about the view of the EU - particularly prevalent in the republican party.

Rare to meet a republican who doesn't hate the EU and it's the economic strength that they hate, plus the challenge that the Euro was presenting to the dollar, particularly around oil

They're thrilled to see us leave.

Cash for questions and squeaky clean local councillors on planning committees comes to mind. Glasshouses and all that.

Saddam started using the Euro to sell oil, Gaddaffi had plans to use a new currency as well.

How are they doing nowadays?
