Owner is/was Gaydamak I recognise the name as the guy who owned Portsmouth. ALthough wikipedia says that it was his son who was officially named as the Portsmouth owner.

I think the OP has got it smack on, it was about the disturbing extreme racism involving lots of that clubs fans, the situation amongst lots of the fans was like that before that chairman and no doubt it is still the same now after that chairman. | |
