Yep. I've heard some say he should have been more self aware to not take it in the first place, but you don't go through life as a coach without believing in yourself. I don't blame him for having a go but I wish it hadn't been with us.
We've shot ourselves in the foot, missed out on points from a run of 'easier' games, screwed our confidence, and now some poor sod is going to have to pick up the mess.

11 games is no way to judge a manager.. but during those 11 games, we have been getting worse..
I feel sorry for Bob, doesn't particularly deserve the most flack for ineptitude.. that clearly lies with someone else in higher roles and positions.
it's not ideal being out of top flight management for 5 years, to join a club in a Titanic type situation.
but considering how ruthless the Premier League is.. and the money that is paid to individuals.. miracles are expected.. he knew what he was signing up for.. and every decision he makes is pretty much critical.
but enjoy your pay off Bob.. I don't think a new manager will save our plight for top flight survival, no matter how much he's regarded in the footballing world.. I personally think the person who takes up the job is nuts. |  |
